Jericho, NY – E&I Cooperative Services (E&I), in partnership with the Council of the Great City Schools (CGCS), is proud to announce David Wheeler, Senior Director of Procurement Services at Orange County Public Schools in Florida, and Edward Romero, Business Leader at San Antonio Independent School District, as recipients of the 2024 Arthur Hanby Procurement Leadership Legacy Award.
This prestigious award honors senior procurement leaders who demonstrate exceptional dedication to advancing urban education through innovative procurement strategies, community engagement, and an unwavering focus on student success.
David and Edward were recognized for their outstanding achievements in advancing the missions of their respective districts.
