CORE Construction

  • On-Screen Takeoff software graphically represents the quantities and associated costs for all material and systems on each project, including real-time updates so members can identify where costs are being allocated and make modifications to increase efficiencies during the project timeframe
  • Option Studies occur throughout the design phase with the help of the CORE team to help members make smart, quick, and accurate cost and constructability decisions. All options are presented clearly and professionally as early in the design phase as possible
