E&I’s Sourcing Team has successfully completed the first phase of our transformative journey! Over the past six months we have revised our policies and procedures, streamlined our processes, and accelerated our RFP volume. So far this year, our team has been focusing on transforming three key areas:

• End to End Processes

More, Better, Faster, has been the mantra behind our transformation. We’ve redesigned our processes to deliver more contracts, better suited for education, at a faster rate than ever before.

• Process Documents

Cleaner, Tighter, Stronger, documents now have our current attention. We are reworking our RFP and Master Agreement templates with cleaner formatting, and tighter, stronger language making them more inviting and easier to understand.  

• Post Award Contract Management

Competitive, Healthy, Fresh, will be our focus for ALL contracts moving forward. We will ensure our contracts remain competitively priced, and maintain healthy utilization, along with fresh value-add products and services.

2023 RFP Roadmap

This will be a record year for E&I in terms of RFPs. We will issue more than 30 RFPs, projecting more than 70 new contract additions, filling significant gaps in our current portfolio. Check out our 2023 RFP Roadmap and well as our 2024 potential considerations.  

We still have A LOT to finish by the end of the year, but we are ecstatic about what we have accomplished and what we have planned for the remainder of our 2023 transformative journey. We couldn’t do it without you!
