VisitDays is an event management platform built exclusively for educational institutions. VisitDays understands the unique needs of educational institutions. The VisitDays virtual event platform enables campus units and organizations to host virtual and hybrid events in an easy, flexible way. The service includes unlimited licenses and attendees and integrates with most CRM and SIS systems. The VistDays platform accommodates live sessions, live chat, on demand video, automated email, auto text messages, and seamless administration, including analytics.
E&I contract documentation available on this site is being provided for use by E&I members only and shall not be distributed and/or shared outside a member’s institution. Sharing of contract documentation outside the membership of the Cooperative is detrimental to its members and the Cooperative, as it impacts E&I’s ability to negotiate and maintain competitive agreements.
Complete and submit the VisitDays Statement of Intent form. VisitDays will create new or connect existing accounts to the E&I Program within 4-7 business days. A representative will initiate contact to discuss specific needs and prepare a Statement of Work (SOW). Contact your E&I Representative for help at any time.

Once the SOI form is submitted, VisitDays will consult with members to develop Statement of Work (SOW), typically within 4-7 business days. When ready to move forward, Members will complete/sign the SOW to initiate services and secure commitment.
