The VESTA Modular contract enables members to buy or lease high-quality temporary and permanent modular buildings for classrooms, offices, healthcare facilities, and other purposes – even up to an entire school. E&I members benefit from VESTA's design, transportation, construction, and installation experience through a project team that works with you from start to finish.
VESTA provides temporary and permanent buildings across North America. Members can lease a unit from their fleet of ready-to-ship modular buildings or work with their team to design and build a custom project to fit your specific needs. Take advantage of VESTA's comprehensive range of products and services and work with a team dedicated to help ensure your project is completed on time, on budget, on site, and on task.
E&I contract documentation available on this site is being provided for use by E&I members only and shall not be distributed and/or shared outside a member’s institution. Sharing of contract documentation outside the membership of the Cooperative is detrimental to its members and the Cooperative, as it impacts E&I’s ability to negotiate and maintain competitive agreements.

No returns allowed based on the customization of the product
VESTA Modular will conduct a joint inspection of modular building units with the member on arrival and prior to turnover to inspect for damage. Claims made by the member can be made at time of delivery, the time of turnover, or subsequently during the lease warranty period.
One-year warranty from the date of delivery to include parts, labor, and travel. Certain components of the building (roofing, HVAC systems, etc.) have longer warranties that will be passed on to the member.
For all product lines, VESTA Modular has included basic installation services which will be performed either by subcontractors or VESTA Modular personnel. The specific details of installation of each project will be outlined in the MSA between the member and VESTA Modular. In addition to the basic installation services, VESTA Modular is willing to undertake additional work (mostly construction) on a cost-plus basis. VESTA Modular believes that this is the appropriate manner to address these services because each member project site will be unique. Therefore, to provide the best possible pricing for members, VESTA Modular has not attempted to cover all possible scenarios that may be present on a project site. Rather, VESTA Modular has provided basic install services and will add only those options required at each unique member site.
As per the MSA between the member and VESTA; FOB destination, prepaid and added
