Sharing of contract documentation outside the membership of the Cooperative is detrimental to its members and the Cooperative, as it impacts E&I’s ability to negotiate and maintain competitive agreements.

Submit the Vantage Electrical Alignment Authorization form. You will be contacted by Vantage Electrical in the following 2-3 business days to set up your new account or confirm an existing account has been aligned with the E&I contract.
Distributor
After the Alignment Authorization Form (AAF) is processed and an account has been created, you will place orders directly with the assigned local Vantage Group distributor. Most major credit cards accepted.

Stock items that shipped incorrectly will be replaced by the Vantage distributor partner that shipped the incorrect items at no cost to the member. For all other returns, the Vantage distributor partner has a formal return process involving a Return Good Authorization (RGA) process.
Warranty claims and repairs are processed through each of the Vantage local distributor partners branch locations for the products they stock. Vantage is a wholesale electrical distributor, and as such, will pass all warranty claims onto the manufacturer. Vantage does not conduct any warranty repair procedures on products. However, they can though their distributors that utilize their preferred repair company or the partnership with Global Electronic Services (GES) to facilitate the repair of the product. The preferred method would be replacing the defective device with a new device from local inventory. Vantage’s local distributor partner would then contact the manufacturer to process the warranty repair.
