E&I contract documentation available on this site is being provided for use by E&I members only and shall not be distributed and/or shared outside a member’s institution. Sharing of contract documentation outside the membership of the Cooperative is detrimental to its members and the Cooperative, as it impacts E&I’s ability to negotiate and maintain competitive agreements.
Complete and submit the US Tech Solutions Statement of Intent form. A representative from US Tech Solutions will contact members within 2-3 business days to discuss specific needs and scope. US Tech Solutions will develop and return a Business Requirements Document (BRD) to include desired services and milestones. Contact your E&I Representative for help with this process at any time.
Supplier
Once the SOI form is submitted and the Business Requirements Document is mutually agreed upon, Members will sign a Member Specific Agreement (MSA) to initiate services and secure commitment.
