TimelyCare focuses its business on virtual health and well-being for higher education students. Since its founding, TimelyCare has grown to partner with more than 1.5 million students at 250 public and private colleges and universities across the country to provide high-quality care to institutions and university systems of varying sizes, locations, and student populations. More than 225 full-time employees and a diverse network of contract providers are located across the United States and include licensed professional counselors, licensed clinical social workers, licensed marriage and family therapists, licensed clinical psychologists, physicians, and nurse practitioners.
E&I contract documentation available on this site is being provided for use by E&I members only and shall not be distributed and/or shared outside a member’s institution. Sharing of contract documentation outside the membership of the Cooperative is detrimental to its members and the Cooperative, as it impacts E&I’s ability to negotiate and maintain competitive agreements.

Complete and submit the Timely Healthcare Statement of Intent form. You will be contacted by Timely within 2-3 business days to discuss your specific needs and establish a member specific agreement.
Supplier
Timely Healthcare representatives will work with Member to determine client profile and scope of work. Members will enter a mutually agreed upon Member Specific Agreement based on member requirements.
