SIG has strategic partnerships with leading technology providers, including Ellucian, Oracle, Workday, Slate by Technolutions, and Salesforce who share the company's commitment to higher education and offer top-quality products, services, and solutions. SIG also has extensive experience providing services for Campus Management, Jenzabar, and Unit4, and supports integrations with most learning management systems and other applications. SIG is a member of the Amazon Web Services Partner Network and has AWS certified cloud practitioners on staff.
E&I contract documentation available on this site is being provided for use by E&I members only and shall not be distributed and/or shared outside a member’s institution. Sharing of contract documentation outside the membership of the Cooperative is detrimental to its members and the Cooperative, as it impacts E&I’s ability to negotiate and maintain competitive agreements.

The supplier shall be liable for any and all losses, claims, expenses, (including reasonable attorney's fees and court costs) and other incidental and consequential damages resulting from such failure to meet all the requirements of this Agreement and/or member order.
Supplier warrants that all of the services to be performed under this Agreement shall be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner and in conformity with industry standards by persons reasonably suited by skill, training, and experience for the type of services they are assigned to perform, that Supplier owns or has sufficient rights in all products and services to be delivered by Supplier, that the products and services delivered by the Supplier will not infringe upon or violate the intellectual property of any third parties, and that any code or software developed or delivered by Supplier under this agreement will not contain any viruses, worms or other disabling devices or codes.
