The Sherwin-Williams contract provides access to high quality paints, stains, coatings, equipment, and wall and floor coverings. Not only can E&I members purchase from Sherwin-Williams directly, but those using outside contractors as part of routine maintenance, remodeling, or new construction projects can also take advantage of E&I pricing.

E&I contract documentation available on this site is being provided for use by E&I members only and shall not be distributed and/or shared outside a member’s institution. Sharing of contract documentation outside the membership of the Cooperative is detrimental to its members and the Cooperative, as it impacts E&I’s ability to negotiate and maintain competitive agreements.

Paint product and sundry orders can be placed directly with your local Sherwin-Williams store. Be sure to reference “national account pricing with E&I” to access E&I pricing.

Custom tinted products may not be returned for credit for any reason other than an error in filling member's order. All other products may be returned for credit for the full price paid within 60 days of original purchase. The goods must be returned in unopened cases.
Warranty information can be given by your local Sherwin-Williams sales associate
FOB destination, prepaid and allowed for orders shipped via Sherwin-Williams store truck; all other shipment methods are FOB origin, prepaid and allowed
