Supplier shall continue to provide products and Services pursuant to any Customer Agreement or Order Form between Concur and Member based on the E&I Master Agreement CNR01490 through Concur’s final invoice expiration date. In the event this Agreement terminates prior to Concur’s final invoice expiration date, the general terms and conditions of this Agreement shall be automatically extended for an additional twelve (12) months (“Holdover Period”).
