E&I contract documentation available on this site is being provided for use by E&I members only and shall not be distributed and/or shared outside a member’s institution. Sharing of contract documentation outside the membership of the Cooperative is detrimental to its members and the Cooperative, as it impacts E&I’s ability to negotiate and maintain competitive agreements.
Complete and submit the Pondurance Statement of Intent form. A Pondurance Representative will respond within 2-3 business days to discuss your specific needs and develop a Scope of Work (SOW). Contact your E&I Representative for help at any time.
Supplier or Dealer
Members will complete and/or sign the SOW or Member Specific Agreement (and any additional addendums regarding attestation or certification services) to initiate services and secure commitment. E&I will also follow up to ensure successful enrollment.
