NuAire will determine any restocking fee that may apply and provide the member with a written quote noting the amount to be credited for the return. Upon approval and notice to proceed from the member, NuAire will issue a Return Goods Authorization and notify a carrier to pick up the equipment. The typical time frame for a return is approximately 1-2 weeks.
Should the product arrive with visible damage, shipment should either be refused or accepted with damage noted. Contact NuAire immediately and NuAire will get a replacement into production. Should concealed damage be found after uncrating, notify NuAire Service Department immediately for resolution. NuAire will ship replacement product as soon as possible.

All equipment shall be provided with a manufacturer warranty covering both parts and labor.
Warranty varies based on product type:
NuAire may subcontract various installation companies as required, determined by the member location. This includes uncrating of equipment, delivery to the final room location, assembly (if required), set in place, and removal of crating debris. Pricing has been provided, formatted by geographic location, for this service. See Exhibit II pricing sheet.
