There are no returns except if a member decides to return a building prior to the end of the lease term. When a member wants to return a building, whether the term length has been met or exceeded, written notice to Mobile Modular is required to properly schedule the return.
Upon delivery of a modular building, member should inspect buildings to ensure product arrives in an acceptable condition. At that time, member representatives should work with Mobile Modular personnel to ensure repairs or replacement is made. After installation, member representatives will have another opportunity to review craftsmanship of work to ensure it meets their expectations.
Mobile Modular crews, sub-contractors, or factory partners will be dispatched to the job site to ensure repairs are done to the satisfaction of the member.
One-year warranty from the date of delivery to include parts, labor, and travel. Certain components of the building (roofing, HVAC systems, etc.) have longer warranties that will be passed on to the member.
Prior to initial delivery, the supplier's project manager will coordinate with the member to establish the best entrances and exits for delivery of the modular buildings. They will assist in stake out of building locations on site, locate possible staging areas for material storage, and coordinate the overall installations. Mobile Modular will take advantage of the factory production time to ensure that the site is prepared and ready for placements. Footers will be dug, inspected, and poured in advance of the first modular classroom arriving on site if required by local jurisdiction. Once the units arrive on site, the haulers will stage the units as close to the actual installation location as possible. The set crews will then take over. Once the building is set up, a final walk and inspection with the member will occur.
All requirements for shipping and delivery of products shall be outlined in a Member Specific Agreement (MSA) for each member order. The member and Supplier shall mutually agree on the terms in the MSA. FOB destination, pre-paid and added
