E&I contract documentation available on this site is being provided for use by E&I members only and shall not be distributed and/or shared outside a member’s institution. Sharing of contract documentation outside the membership of the Cooperative is detrimental to its members and the Cooperative, as it impacts E&I’s ability to negotiate and maintain competitive agreements.

Submit the Husqvarna Alignment Authorization form. Once the AAF is submitted, Husqvarna will enroll the Member in its E&I program within 4 to 7 business days. E&I will also follow-up to ensure successful enrollment. Contact your E&I Representative at any time for assistance.
Supplier or Dealer
Once a Member account is connected or created with Husqvarna, a representative or dealer will provide a quote, including detailed shipping and billing information.

To ensure that a return is processed in a timely and accurate manner, Supplier has instituted the following procedures. Unless otherwise stated, or required by law all returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee or $7.95 minimum charge. Any shipping error that is received must be reported within 48 hours of receipt to avoid a restocking fee. Shipments refused due to no error on Supplier's behalf, will be charged the 15% restocking fee plus an additional 5% handling fee.
If Member receives damaged or defective units, please call customers service and Supplier will attempt to resolve the issue. Standard is to have all customer issues resolved within 2 days. Phone: 855-699-7905.
Supplier shall provide to Dealer its printed and/or electronic express limited warranty for each Product purchased by Dealer under this Agreement, which Dealer shall deliver to its customer at the time of sale of a Product to the customer. Supplier makes no warranty to Dealer as to a Product except as expressly stated in such printed warranty. SUCH WARRANTY SHALL BE IN LIEU OF AND SUPPLIER HEREBY DISCLAIMS, ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WRITTEN OR ORAL, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
