As a nationally recognized provider of Title IX training, Husch Blackwell has a deep understanding of the legal and practical issues inherent in proactively addressing potential campus sexual misconduct and related retaliation. They regularly provide legal guidance on Title IX compliance and conduct comprehensive compliance reviews and have extensive experience investigating allegations of sexual misconduct and gender discrimination. Husch Blackwell also supports institutions in connection with investigations conducted by the Office for Civil Rights and are well-versed in negotiating resolution agreements, including those associated with high-profile cases.

Complete and submit the Husch Blackwell Statement of Intent form. A Husch Blackwell Representative will respond within 2-3 business days to discuss your specific needs and scope. Contact your E&I Representative for help at any time.

Once the SOI form is submitted, Husch Blackwell will consult with members to develop Statement of Work (SOW), typically within 4-7 business days. When ready to move forward, Members will complete/sign a Member Specific Engagement Letter to move forward and initiate services. E&I will also follow up to ensure successful enrollment.
