Contact ForeFront Power for return information.
ForeFront Power and/or a designated subcontractor inspects the packaging for visible damage that may have occurred during transit and documents and takes steps to address any damage and replace equipment, if applicable.
Any manufacturing defects would be covered under warranty, but in the event of vandalism or other external damage, additional replacement parts would be sourced from the OEM. Any replacements not covered by the warranty would be considered an additional cost. However, these parts are available; as a technology-agnostic developer, ForeFront chooses partners and charger models that are not subject to product availability constraints to avoid these risks. Most warranties are valid for a 5-year period. In addition to comprehensive extended warranties, service packages include comprehensive logistics support, ensuring the timely availability of spare parts and equipment required for maintenance and repairs.
ForeFront is a turnkey solution provider and manages the installation and commissioning. Installation information will be provided with the quote to the member.
FOB Destination, freight prepaid and added.
