CF Group is a global manufacturer and distributor of public space furniture as well as acoustic panels in a wide variety of sizes and colors for wall, ceiling, and hanging applications. Falcon provides expertise in cafeteria, classroom, lecture hall, and library spaces, while Thonet offers stylish and durable seating solutions ideal for public and in-between spaces.
CF Group takes great care to operate sustainably, with each manufacturing facility focusing on reducing waste, minimizing their carbon footprint, and using recycled and recyclable materials whenever possible.
E&I contract documentation available on this site is being provided for use by E&I members only and shall not be distributed and/or shared outside a member’s institution. Sharing of contract documentation outside the membership of the Cooperative is detrimental to its members and the Cooperative, as it impacts E&I’s ability to negotiate and maintain competitive agreements.

Dealer and supplier
Orders should clearly state the member's preferred dealer and reference E&I contract EI00149.

Orders are customized as per the member purchase order and not returnable
Member shall inspect shipments and note damage on the bill of lading. Retain all cartons and packaging materials. If damage is concealed, notify CF Group Customer Service within 5 days of receipt of goods at 800.873.3252. CF Group will handle all communication between the member and carrier.
Installation is handled by an authorized dealer/installation company only. Members may select an authorized dealer or contact a CF Group representative for assistance in selecting a dealer.
FOB destination, full freight allowed. Orders shipped west of the Rocky Mountains will incur a 4% additional shipping charge. Lead times vary by product. Delivery is 4-8 weeks ARO.
