E&I contract documentation available on this site is being provided for use by E&I members only and shall not be distributed and/or shared outside a member’s institution. Sharing of contract documentation outside the membership of the Cooperative is detrimental to its members and the Cooperative, as it impacts E&I’s ability to negotiate and maintain competitive agreements.
Submit the Cook’s Direct Alignment Authorization form. Once the AAF is submitted, Cook’s Direct will enroll the Member in its E&I program within 4 to 7 business days. E&I will also follow-up to ensure successful enrollment.

E&I Members may browse and order from Cook’s Direct online E&I priced catalog. Alternatively, members may contact Cook’s Direct Education Team of inside sales representatives to discuss needs and help with the quote/order/payment process.

All items have a 30 day return period from the point of customer receipt of shipment. Depending on the manufacturer, you may be charged a restocking fee of 15% up to 50%. See Cook’s Direct Return Policy for additional information.
Please do not accept delivery of any shipment that arrives damaged. If your package arrives with visible damage to the box and you are unsure of the condition of the contents, please address this issue with the shipping company at time of delivery. Members should contact customerservice@cooksdirect.com or 1-866-506-3048 immediately to initiate the replacement process.
