Complete Book & Media Supply is a diverse owned E&I supplier with national certifications by the Southwest Minority Supplier Development Council, a regional affiliate of the National Minority Supplier Development Council (MBE), as a Minority Business Enterprise with the state of New York; as a Historically Underutilized Business with the state of Texas (HUB), and as a Minority Business Enterprise by the State of Illinois Business Enterprise Program (MBE). For correctly shipped items, prior publisher approval is required for all returns and the member will be responsible for all return shipping charges and any restocking fees assessed by the publisher, not exceeding 20%. Ost publishers will typically allow for up to 10% returns, 90 -180 days from invoice date for unused books in sellable condition. Publisher policies vary, and not all publishers accept returns. It is advised to confirm the returnable status of any publication before ordering.

Any item damaged during shipping or otherwise will be replaced by Complete Book & Media Supply at no cost to the member within 30 days of invoice.

Free standard ground shipping on all orders $35 or more. Mailroom services, including bundling multiple packages into a single carton, with detailed packing slips, and all contents individually labeled (or as required by member's Shipping and Receiving personnel), and/or the shipping of bulk orders to separate addresses offered free of charge.
Most newspaper deliveries begin the day after order. Periodicals will deliver as per the publisher schedule. Standard delivery of in-stock books is 2-5 days. eBooks, periodicals, and subscriptions will deliver once paid in full by member.
