The Carrier Enterprise contract provides a one-stop solution for HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies from Carrier and other top-tier HVAC brands. E&I members have access to CE's large distribution network and benefit from a volume incentive rebate on growth above the first 12 months after adoption.
A part of the largest HVAC distribution network in North America, Carrier Enterprise has more than 2,200 associates in over 200 locations at the ready to meet the needs of your institution. This contract provides Carrier Corporation OEM products as well as other HVAC brands, delivering a complete offering of the products necessary for new installations, replacements and retrofits, emergency repairs, and service maintenance.
E&I contract documentation available on this site is being provided for use by E&I members only and shall not be distributed and/or shared outside a member’s institution. Sharing of contract documentation outside the membership of the Cooperative is detrimental to its members and the Cooperative, as it impacts E&I’s ability to negotiate and maintain competitive agreements.

Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) are typically approved within 24 hours of request. Stocked parts and supplied orders may be returned within 30 days at no charge if in resalable condition. Members may be responsible for return freight charges.
Member shall contact Carrier Enterprise customer service. Member provides shipment details and provides digital photographs, if necessary. Carrier Enterprise works with the member to process any applicable freight damage(s) or product shortage(s) that occurred while in transit. Replacement of product will be done as necessary while member works through freight claim reimbursement direct with the carrier.
Equipment parts and supply warranty are covered by manufacturers in most cases. Equipment, parts, and supply warranty and service requests for the market basked and other products, services provided should be funneled through the Carrier Enterprise E&I dedicated customer service team.
Carrier Enterprise may work with third party contractors and E&I members upon request. Certain restrictions apply. Carrier Enterprise executive approval required.
FOB destination, full freight allowed on market basket items. UPS ground only. LTL subject to special quote.
Stocked market basket items typically are delivered in 1-3 days dependent on customer location and shipping method (LTL or UPS). Retail purchases are on demand if products are stocked at local warehouse.
