The ATS+Partners contract helps E&I members recruit diverse executive leadership talent to serve in c-suite, leadership, and board positions. Their services include executive search, staffing, training, consulting, strategic project planning, implementation, and marketing strategies.
Since 2013, ATS+Partners has provided recruitment services to government agencies, school districts, non-profits, and educational institutions nationwide. Led and managed by a woman of color, ATS+Partners specializes in recruiting diverse candidates that allow the inclusion of all employee voices across your institution.
ATS+Partners is a diverse owned E&I supplier with the following certifications: A certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) by the New York/New Jersey Minority Supplier Development Council, a regional affiliation of the National Minority Supplier Development Council. City of New York certified M/WBE by the New York City Small Business Services, and State of New York certified M/WBE by the County of Nassau Office of Minority Affairs. ATS+Partners is able to provide Tier 1 diverse spending solutions to E&I members. E&I contract documentation available on this site is being provided for use by E&I members only and shall not be distributed and/or shared outside a member’s institution. Sharing of contract documentation outside the membership of the Cooperative is detrimental to its members and the Cooperative, as it impacts E&I’s ability to negotiate and maintain competitive agreements.
