American Education Supply is now a wholly owned brand of Consolidated Hospitality Supplies. This partnership brings the added benefit of an expanded distribution network with the same great ordering experience. All contract terms and conditions remain unchanged. This contract provides educational facilities with the hospitality products they need to create great spaces across the entire campus. E&I contract documentation available on this site is being provided for use by E&I members only and shall not be distributed and/or shared outside a member’s institution. Sharing of contract documentation outside the membership of the Cooperative is detrimental to its members and the Cooperative, as it impacts E&I’s ability to negotiate and maintain competitive agreements.

Returns Due to Order Error: If members are not satisfied with any merchandise shipped from inventory (excluding custom or made-to-order product) items may be returned at any time within 30 days after delivery. All items must be returned in new (unused) condition in the original packaging, complete with any guarantees, and operating and/or assembly instructions that were included in the original package.
Products that are made-to-order or customized at your request, including anything custom printed/imprinted (i.e., key tags, promotional items, etc.) or made-to-measure, custom ordered or custom colored (i.e. blinds, carpet, case goods, fitness equipment, upholstered furniture, etc.) may be returned or credited at the supplier's discretion within 30 days of date of delivery, but only if supplier did not follow instruction or if there are defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery. All FF&E items are custom made and therefore nonreturnable and nonrefundable.
The supplier is not responsible for the accuracy of any measurements that are provided.
Visible Shipping Damage: American Education Supply will assist in the handling of freight claims. Any claim for damage must be signed, with the condition of the goods noted (i.e., crease marks, holes, or crushed cartons) and supplier must be notified within 3 calendar days after receipt of shipment by the carrier, noting you received the goods in the condition claimed. American Education Supply will arrange to have the merchandise inspected, file a claim with the freight company, and arrange for damaged goods to be removed after the claim is settled. Members can refuse to accept damaged merchandise if the damage and the number of damaged items is noted on the delivery receipt. If this happens, members should immediately notify AES Customer Care Team for assistance through the claims process.
Concealed Damage: If a member should find concealed damage, American Education Supply requests that the merchandise not be returned but keep merchandise and all packaging materials and cartons so they can be inspected, and liability determined. If this happens, notify the AES Customer Care Team within 3 calendar days after receipt of shipment.

Mattresses: FOB shipping point, prepaid and allowed, minimum 30 mattresses. Mattress orders less than 30 units are FOB shipping point prepaid and add.
All other products: FOB shipping point, prepaid and allowed on orders over $350. Other product orders less than $350 and/or applicable drop ship items are FOB shipping point, prepaid and add.
