E&I contract documentation available on this site is being provided for use by E&I members only and shall not be distributed and/or shared outside a member’s institution. Sharing of contract documentation outside the membership of the Cooperative is detrimental to its members and the Cooperative, as it impacts E&I’s ability to negotiate and maintain competitive agreements.

Return Authorization Required
Supplier has a 90-day 100% satisfaction guarantee policy for all in-stock eStore licensed products and will immediately credit buyer's account or ship replacement merchandise in these instances.
Return instructions will be detailed on the back of each pick slip included in every eStore order. Special orders will be accepted for return only if the licensed product does not conform to the buyer's specifications.
Special order products may be returned if defective or if otherwise non-compliant with the specifications of the member institution and supplier mutually agreed upon terms of the corresponding written quote or mutually amended in writing.
