TNG Consulting, part of The NCHERM Group, is a leading national firm dedicated to empowering K-12 schools and institutions of higher education to create safer and more inclusive environments. Services offered under this agreement help ensure compliance with Title IX and other regulations, support behavioral intervention teams and Title IX coordinators, and help E&I members eliminate violence, discrimination, and misconduct.
TNG fosters unique and collaborative relationships with both the National Association for Behavioral Intervention and Threat Assessment (NABITA) and the Association of Title IX Administrators (ATIXA). This combined expertise provides members industry-leading resources and training on threat assessment and intervention strategies aligned with NABITA standards and support for Title IX coordinators, through its network of experienced professional from both ATIXA and NABITA. This team of seasoned consultants combines expertise in risk management, threat assessment, investigations, and legal matters, leveraging research and best practices to develop customized solutions that address your unique needs.
E&I contract documentation available on this site is being provided for use by E&I members only and shall not be distributed and/or shared outside a member’s institution. Sharing of contract documentation outside the membership of the Cooperative is detrimental to its members and the Cooperative, as it impacts E&I’s ability to negotiate and maintain competitive agreements.
Complete and submit the TNG Consulting Statement of Intent form. A TNG Consulting local rep or agent will contact the member in 2-3 business days to discuss scope and services required. A proposal will be provided to the Member. Contact your E&I Representative at any time for assistance.
Supplier
Once the SOI is submitted and scope of services mutually agreed upon, members will sign a TNG Services Agreement to initiate services and secure commitment. E&I will also follow up to ensure successful enrollment.
