E&I contract documentation available on this site is being provided for use by E&I members only and shall not be distributed and/or shared outside a member’s institution. Sharing of contract documentation outside the membership of the Cooperative is detrimental to its members and the Cooperative, as it impacts E&I’s ability to negotiate and maintain competitive agreements.
Complete and submit the Orkin Statement of Intent form. An Orkin account manager/branch will contact the member in 2-3 business days to schedule a site assessment. A scope of services proposal will be created and returned to the member. Contact your E&I Representative at any time for assistance.
Supplier
Once the SOI is submitted and scope of services mutually agreed upon, members will sign an Agreement to initiate services and secure commitment. E&I will also follow up to ensure successful enrollment.
