OpConnect is dedicated to reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions caused by transportation through the accelerated adoption of electric vehicles (EVs). From EV charging network solutions to diverse use applications, OpConnect simplifies and streamlines EV charging infrastructure and helps institutions and individuals significantly reduce their transportation related GHG footprint.
E&I contract documentation available on this site is being provided for use by E&I members only and shall not be distributed and/or shared outside a member’s institution. Sharing of contract documentation outside the membership of the Cooperative is detrimental to its members and the Cooperative, as it impacts E&I’s ability to negotiate and maintain competitive agreements.
Submit the OpConnect Alignment Authorization Form. Once the AAF is submitted, OpConnect will enroll the Member in its E&I program within 4 to 7 business days. E&I will also follow-up to ensure successful enrollment.

BorgWarner (Rhombus): 5 year parts and 2 years labor warranty

Warranty claims and replacements are handled by reaching out to the respective manufacturer and filing a warranty claim. OpConnect will assist any members with filing a warranty claim.

Level 2 Charging Stations have a 5 to 10 Week lead time, .Level 3 Charging, Stations have a 4 – 12 week lead time.
Once the charging stations have been shipped to the member, tracking information will be provided and a meeting to commission the L3/DCFC stations will be scheduled.
