E&I contract documentation available on this site is being provided for use by E&I members only and shall not be distributed and/or shared outside a member’s institution. Sharing of contract documentation outside the membership of the Cooperative is detrimental to its members and the Cooperative, as it impacts E&I’s ability to negotiate and maintain competitive agreements.
Complete and submit the 22nd Century Technologies Statement of Intent form. You will be contacted by 22nd Century Technologies within 2-3 business days to discuss your specific needs and establish a scope of work. 22nd Century Technologies will work with the Member to gather the information required to finalize a Purchase Order. Once both parties sign the necessary paperwork, 22nd Century Technologies will align the Member to the E&I agreement within 4-7 business days. Contact your E&I Representative for help at any time.
Supplier
Upon mutual agreement to scope of work between member and supplier and a decision is made to mover forward, member will issue a Purchase Order to secure commitment.
