The company’s comprehensive offering includes a full-service uniform rental program, direct purchases, apparel, cleanroom garments and services, AED services, PPE, floor mats, towels, linens, managed restroom services, first aid supplies, and much more.

Vestis offers reliable pickup and delivery services, as well as garment laundering, repairs, and maintenance. E&I contract documentation available on this site is being provided for use by E&I members only and shall not be distributed and/or shared outside a member’s institution. Sharing of contract documentation outside the membership of the Cooperative is detrimental to its members and the Cooperative, as it impacts E&I’s ability to negotiate and maintain competitive agreements.
Complete the two-step enrollment process below to sign up for this contract. Contact your E&I Member Representative for help at any time.
Complete and submit the Vestis Statement of Intent form.
You will be contacted by Vestis within 2-3 business days to discuss your specific needs and establish a scope of work or member specific agreement based on the E&I master agreement.

After the Statement of Intent (SOI) form is processed, contact Vestis for quotes, program presentations, or customer service. Identify yourself as an E&I member when contacting Vestis.

A signed Service Authorization Form (SAF) is required to secure initial commitment. Members with a direct alignment can align at the end of the current term.
