E&I contract documentation available on this site is being provided for use by E&I members only and shall not be distributed and/or shared outside a member’s institution. Sharing of contract documentation outside the membership of the Cooperative is detrimental to its members and the Cooperative, as it impacts E&I’s ability to negotiate and maintain competitive agreements.

Orders can be placed with your local Xerox sales representative, independent Xerox agents and Xerox Business Solutions (XBS), wholly owned subsidiaries of Xerox.

Please identify yourself as an E&I Member, and reference EI00383 on all requests for quotes, and/or order documents.

In lieu of termination or return of defective goods by member, Xerox will promptly repair or replace defective or non-conforming goods at its expense
For damage claims, contact Xerox sales rep or authorized dealer
Any equipment under a Xerox Lease or a Purchased Unit under a Full Service Maintenance Agreement is fully warranted by Xerox.
FOB destination, full freight allowed for standard delivery. Members will be responsible for rigging charges associated with nonstandard deliveries. If rigging charges apply, a quote will be provided prior to delivery of equipment.
