One Security Model ensures every user ID is associated with one tenant only, while perimeter defense, network intrusion prevention systems, and an encrypted persistent data store keep data secure
Contractual Service Level Agreement (SLA) available for application uptime -currently at 99.7%. 98% of all user transactions take less than two seconds, with an average response time of 0.25 seconds
