E&I contract documentation available on this site is being provided for use by E&I members only and shall not be distributed and/or shared outside a member’s institution. Sharing of contract documentation outside the membership of the Cooperative is detrimental to its members and the Cooperative, as it impacts E&I’s ability to negotiate and maintain competitive agreements.
Complete and submit the Transact Campus Statement of Intent form. A Transact representative will contact members within 2-3 business days to discuss specific needs, scope and services required. Contact your E&I Representative for help at any time.
Supplier Direct
Once the SOI form is submitted, a Transact Campus representative will meet with members, provide demos, as needed, to establish scope of work. Members will sign a Transact Master Agreement for All Products and Services when ready to move forward and initiate services. E&I will also follow up to ensure successful enrollment.
