The Slalom contract provides general consulting services targeted to Education customers, including strategy, business advisory, cloud, data, generative AI, and leading platforms.

E&I contract documentation available on this site is being provided for use by E&I members only and shall not be distributed and/or shared outside a member’s institution. Sharing of contract documentation outside the membership of the Cooperative is detrimental to its members and the Cooperative, as it impacts E&I’s ability to negotiate and maintain competitive agreements.
Complete and submit the Slalom Consulting Statement of Intent form. A Slalom representative will contact member in 2-3 business days to discuss scope and services required to prepare a Slalom Statement of Work. Contact your E&I Representative at any time for assistance.
Supplier
Once the Slalom Statement of Work is mutually agreed upon, members will sign the Consulting Services Agreement to initiate services and secure commitment. E&I will also follow up to ensure successful enrollment.
