They help to ensure information privacy and compliance, destroying everything from paper to hard drives and beyond (medical records, electronics, uniforms). E&I contract documentation available on this site is being provided for use by E&I members only and shall not be distributed and/or shared outside a member’s institution. Sharing of contract documentation outside the membership of the Cooperative is detrimental to its members and the Cooperative, as it impacts E&I’s ability to negotiate and maintain competitive agreements.
Complete and submit the Shred-it Statement of Intent form. A Shred-it Representative will respond within 2-3 business days to discuss your specific needs and scope. Contact your E&I Representative for help at any time.
Supplier
Once the SOI is submitted and scope and services mutually agreed upon, Members will sign a Member Master Services Agreement (MMSA) to secure commitment. Members will be fully aligned to the E&I agreement within 4-7 business days. E&I will also follow-up to ensure successful enrollment.
