E&I contract documentation available on this site is being provided for use by E&I members only and shall not be distributed and/or shared outside a member’s institution. Sharing of contract documentation outside the membership of the Cooperative is detrimental to its members and the Cooperative, as it impacts E&I’s ability to negotiate and maintain competitive agreements.

Submit the Scrubin Uniforms by Standard Textile Alignment Authorization Form. You will be contacted by Scrubin in the following business days to set up your new account or confirm an existing account has been aligned with the E&I contract.
Supplier
After the Alignment Authorization Form (AAF) is processed, an account manager will contact the member to establish an account. Members can then contact customer service, PH: 800.999.0040 or order online at www.scrubin.com. Upon request, Scrubin will develop a custom, private uniform portal featuring apparel specific to the member's uniform program.

All returns must be approved by Scrubin in advance by contacting customer service at 800.999.0040. A 10% restocking charge and freight may apply. Any product shipped by Scrubin in error will be replaced at no additional cost. All transportation and insurance fees related to any warranty return of the product(s) by members shall be paid by Scrubin. Custom products are not returnable unless they are defective, damaged, recalled, or shipped in error. Note: Restocking fees and return shipment cannot be charged for products that are defective, damaged, recalled, or shipped in error.
