As product is custom-made (i.e. finish, fabric, etc.) Sauder Education does not have a return policy. No merchandise may be returned to Sauder Education without prior written consent from Sauder Education, and any returns must be in accordance with Sauder Education shipping instructions. If approved, returns for reasons other than valid warranty claims will be subject to shipping and handling charges, and must be made FOB Sauder Education. In addition, restoration and restocking charges may be charged to the Purchaser.
Upon receipt of any shipment the receiver should inspect the shipment and note any possible shortage or damage on the Bill of Lading when signing the document. Should any type of damage be discovered after the freight carrier has left please take pictures of the damage and notify Sauder Education. Sauder will replace the part or unit as needed and file any applicable freight claims with the carrier.
