The Proctorio contract provides a suite of customizable online proctoring, identity verification, plagiarism detection tools, and content protection tools to ensure assessment integrity. Integrating with major LMSs and utilizing Zero-Knowledge encryption, Proctorio is designed for superior learner privacy, system security, reliability, and scalability.
Proctorio's services include automated or live online proctoring, identity verification, originality verification, content protection, browser lock down, and detailed reporting. Through end-to-end security, Proctorio's suite of features validates student identities, authenticates originality, and ensures the integrity of your online exams. Proctorio's tools make up the digital toolbox within your assessment platform to ensure your online assessment's integrity. Requiring no personal identifiable information, and using Zero-Knowledge encryption, Proctorio ensures that test-taker data is kept safe.

Sharing of contract documentation outside the membership of the Cooperative is detrimental to its members and the Cooperative, as it impacts E&I’s ability to negotiate and maintain competitive agreements.

Proctorio will manage the entire installation and implementation process according to each member's unique schedule. Following implementation, a customized 1-2-week training program will be developed based on the use cases and timing of rollout. Proctorio will assign each member institution a team of Partner Success Managers (PSMs) to assist with further training and onboarding. Proctorio will then provide an optional pilot that would run for approximately 1-2 months after which each member institution's PSMs will work directly with the stakeholders to help plan the go-live launch.
