E&I contract documentation available on this site is being provided for use by E&I members only and shall not be distributed and/or shared outside a member’s institution. Sharing of contract documentation outside the membership of the Cooperative is detrimental to its members and the Cooperative, as it impacts E&I’s ability to negotiate and maintain competitive agreements.

Complete and submit the Presidio Statement of Intent form. The local account team will contact members in 2 or 3 business days to discuss needs and define a Scope of Work (SOW). Contact your E&I Representative for help at any time.

When ready to move forward, members will sign the Statement of Work (SOW) and issue a purchase order to initiate services. E&I will follow up to ensure successful enrollment.

Returns for unopened items require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) and are subject to the approval and return policies (including any restocking fees) of the applicable manufacturer. RMAs must be requested 15 calendar days from the original ship date.
Notify your dedicated account manager to arrange for a carrier inspection and pickup of damaged merchandise.
