E&I contract documentation available on this site is being provided for use by E&I members only and shall not be distributed and/or shared outside a member’s institution. Sharing of contract documentation outside the membership of the Cooperative is detrimental to its members and the Cooperative, as it impacts E&I’s ability to negotiate and maintain competitive agreements.
Complete and submit the PKA Technologies Statement of Intent form. A PKA Technologies representative will contact members in 2-3 business days to discuss specific needs, scope of work and services required. Contact your E&I Representative for help at any time.
Supplier Direct
Once the SOI is submitted and scope of services mutually agreed upon, members will submit a Purchase Order to initiate services and secure commitment. E&I will also follow up to ensure successful enrollment.
