E&I contract documentation available on this site is being provided for use by E&I members only and shall not be distributed and/or shared outside a member’s institution. Sharing of contract documentation outside the membership of the Cooperative is detrimental to its members and the Cooperative, as it impacts E&I’s ability to negotiate and maintain competitive agreements.

Submit the Oak Hall Alignment Authorization form. You will be contacted by Oak Hall in the following business days to setup your new account or confirm an existing account has been aligned with the E&I contract.

Oak Hall Industries has a return credit policy. If a member is not satisfied with the condition of products or services, Oak Hill will replace the item or issue credit, whichever is preferred.
