National Car Charging is committed to sustainability through their True Green Promise, which encompasses a focus on everything from sourcing to ongoing training and philanthropy.
E&I contract documentation available on this site is being provided for use by E&I members only and shall not be distributed and/or shared outside a member’s institution. Sharing of contract documentation outside the membership of the Cooperative is detrimental to its members and the Cooperative, as it impacts E&I’s ability to negotiate and maintain competitive agreements.

Most manufacturers offer warranties ranging from one to 5 years, however ChargePoint and Kempower offer up to 10-year warranties. Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer. Specific manufacturers offer parts-only, and others offer parts and labor. NCC also could offer independent third-party O&M labor coverage in certain geographic areas. If a warranty claim is initiated, members are encouraged to use the NCC Service Director to manage the claim.
NCC uses installers that are sub-contracted for all their installations. These sub-contractors are vetted to include all necessary certifications, licenses and insurance requirements.
