Mohawk offers over 300 carpet tile products that are carbon and water positive, Red List-free, and certified Living Products. Its domestic LVT manufacturing facility in Dalton, GA utilizes 100% of its certified post-industrial material from its manufacturing process for new products.
E&I contract documentation available on this site is being provided for use by E&I members only and shall not be distributed and/or shared outside a member’s institution. Sharing of contract documentation outside the membership of the Cooperative is detrimental to its members and the Cooperative, as it impacts E&I’s ability to negotiate and maintain competitive agreements.

Member requests for returns on incorrectly ordered materials will incur a restock charge of 20% plus all freight charges realized in original shipment and the return. Smaller returned quantities that are considered short lot returns could initiate higher restock charges. If the return is due to mis-shipments, product quality, or Mohawk error, no restock or freight charges would apply.
Notify your local account executive immediately to report damaged shipments. The local account executive will work with a Claims Analyst and/or Field Technician to file the claim.
FOB destination, full freight allowed. Special requests, such as expedited shipping and inside delivery, will be additional cost to the member.
