The Lowe's contract enables members to purchase building supplies and other products in-store or online. E&I members benefit from 7% in-store discounts and even deeper discounts on large orders and next-day delivery on many items.
Founded as a small hardware store in 1946, Lowe's is now a national chain with more than 1,700 store locations. This contract features a variety of purchasing options, including the Lowe's "walk-in" solution – a fast, convenient way to utilize the E&I contract and instantly realize cost savings on building supplies and related products. And if you can‚'t make it to the store, easily shop online and you'll still benefit from significant savings.

E&I contract documentation available on this site is being provided for use by E&I members only and shall not be distributed and/or shared outside a member’s institution. Sharing of contract documentation outside the membership of the Cooperative is detrimental to its members and the Cooperative, as it impacts E&I’s ability to negotiate and maintain competitive agreements.

Within 24-48 hours of submitting an Alignment Authorization form, you will receive a confirmation notice that your account is active and you may begin placing orders. You will also receive an initial distribution of Contract Savings Cards that you can use to begin enjoying the savings of this agreement. Please note, you will need these cards prior to making in-store purchases.

For manufacturer defects, please call Lowe's Service Advantage hotline at 800.77.LOWES and set up a factory-certified service appointment. If the repair is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, it will be at no cost. For repairs not covered under manufacturer's warranty, service is available from the service technician at member expense.
Standard Manufacturer's Warranties apply. Lowe's provides warranty information, as applicable, with product at time of purchase; reasonable assistance with warranty issues, including in-store support; and a service hotline for service issues. Lowe's does not maintain warranty records for purchases separate from publicly available information.
Delivery charges will be standard per each store's policy for deliveries within a 20-mile radius. For deliveries more than 20 miles away, the delivery charge is an additional $1 per mile, one way. Lowe's also offers free local next day delivery on all in-stock major appliances, upon request.
