E&I contract documentation available on this site is being provided for use by E&I members only and shall not be distributed and/or shared outside a member’s institution. Sharing of contract documentation outside the membership of the Cooperative is detrimental to its members and the Cooperative, as it impacts E&I’s ability to negotiate and maintain competitive agreements.
Complete and submit the Infojini Statement of Intent form. You will be contacted by Infojini within 2-3 business days to discuss your specific needs and scope of work. Contact your E&I Representative for help at any time.
Supplier
Once the SOI form is submitted, Infojini will consult with members to develop a proposal. Members will complete/sign an Agreement for Subcontractor Services, based on the proposal, to initiate services and secure commitment.
