Imperial Supplies provides quality automotive maintenance supplies with more than 60 years of maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) expertise. Imperial provides industry leading inventory solutions and quality maintenance supplies as a part of Grainger’s family of companies. With more than 1.5+ million products across various category segments and a vast distribution network, Imperial can support members nationwide.
Founded in 1958, Imperial Supplies is now a specialty division of W.W. Grainger. They are the largest national distributor of fleet maintenance supplies with more national accounts in fleet than all competitors combined. Imperial Supplies provides products to meet the fleet MRO needs of E&I members. Fleet products include fasteners, electrical, vehicle parts, and vehicle lighting. Technician products include safety gloves, glasses, and vests. Garage products include shelving, shop supplies, lifts, jacks, and stands. Imperial’s catalog inventory focuses on over 300K fleet MRO products, with value added services included under contract at no extra cost.
E&I contract documentation available on this site is being provided for use by E&I members only and shall not be distributed and/or shared outside a member’s institution. Sharing of contract documentation outside the membership of the Cooperative is detrimental to its members and the Cooperative, as it impacts E&I’s ability to negotiate and maintain competitive agreements.
Submit the Imperial Supplies Alignment Authorization form. Once the AAF is submitted, Imperial Suppliers will create/link member accounts in their system within 4 to 7 business days. Contact your E&I Representative at any time for assistance.

Once a member account is connected or created with Imperial Supplies, an aligned Imperial Supplies resource will contact members within 48 hours to discuss needs and provide assistance. Members will be required to complete a Credit Application Process prior to placing orders.

Member may contact Imperial if not satisfied with a product for any reason. Imperial will promptly provide an exchange or refund if the product is returned within one (1) year from date of purchase, unless otherwise indicated. Returned product must be in original packaging, unused, undamaged and in saleable condition with all accessories, manuals and warranties included. Proof of purchase is required for all returns. For warranty return, Member has 1 year from date of purchase to file a warranty claim. If approved, Imperial will elect to have the product repaired, replaced, or refund the Member. Additional terms apply for warranty returns, as detailed in the Master Agreement. To return a product during the Limited Warranty Period, Member must call 800-588-2808 for a return authorization number. Each return authorization number is valid for thirty (30) days. There is no restocking fee, except as otherwise noted below, if products are returned within the Limited Warranty Period in saleable condition, with manufacturer's original packaging unblemished and all accessories, manuals and warranties included. Members must include a copy of the packing list or invoice with a reason for the return. Late returns and incomplete returns will incur a 15%, or higher, restocking fee. Imperial reserves the right not to accept returns received after the expiration of the Limited Warranty Period.

Standard freight paid by Imperial on all orders over $100, unless otherwise stated, to Member’s single place of business anywhere in the contiguous United States, using carrier of Imperial’s choice. Other terms and conditions may apply for other than standard ground delivery (“Other Freight Services”), including without limitation, expedited same day delivery, air freight, freight collect, sourced orders, export orders, hazardous materials, Member's carrier, shipments outside the contiguous U.S. or other special handling by the carrier. Fuel surcharges and other surcharges may be applied. Title and risk of loss pass to Member upon delivery of shipment to Member's single point of destination. Vendor drop-shipped products are excluded from our standard freight policy and the Member is responsible for freight on drop-ship products.
