E&I contract documentation available on this site is being provided for use by E&I members only and shall not be distributed and/or shared outside a member’s institution. Sharing of contract documentation outside the membership of the Cooperative is detrimental to its members and the Cooperative, as it impacts E&I’s ability to negotiate and maintain competitive agreements.

Submit the ICON EV Alignment Authorization form. Once the AAF is submitted, ICON EV will enroll the Member in its E&I program within 4 to 7 business days. E&I will also follow-up to ensure successful enrollment.

Vehicles are built to order-no returns unless the build is not correct.
Dealers and/or supplier will assist with claims. Member is provided all contacts when they receive their vehicle.
Standard 2-year Warranty
Delivery generally under 45 days. Some custom carts require up to 90 days.
Freight varies by vehicle type and quantity of vehicles shipped.
