E&I contract documentation available on this site is being provided for use by E&I members only and shall not be distributed and/or shared outside a member’s institution. Sharing of contract documentation outside the membership of the Cooperative is detrimental to its members and the Cooperative, as it impacts E&I’s ability to negotiate and maintain competitive agreements.
Complete and submit the Honeywell Statement of Intent form. A Honeywell Account Manager will contact members to discuss needs and define the scope in 2-3 business days. Solutions-based designs may require an onsite survey, demo, or job walk to develop a proposal. Contact your E&I Representative at any time for assistance.
Supplier Direct
Once the SOI is submitted and scope/ proposal is mutually agreed upon, members will not be required to sign any additional paperwork to move forward with the project. E&I will also follow up to ensure successful enrollment.

Warranty information is Manufacturer Specific and can be provided to the Member upon request.
Installation will be quoted to the Members based on the Member's project.
Determined on a case by case basis as per the requirements of the Member.
