The Herff Jones contract provides customizable graduation regalia, announcements, accessories, class rings and collegiate jewelry, diplomas and frames, and more. Herff Jones owns and operates its US-based manufacturing facilities, so E&I members can rely on consistent production and distribution.

Their team of independent sales partners facilitate relationships with each institution locally to create engaging campus environments that commemorate the college experience.
Herff Jones doesn’t take their environmental responsibility lightly – they offer a complete green program for caps and gowns, in addition to sustainability initiatives for diplomas and frames, official class rings, and graduation announcements and diplomas.
E&I contract documentation available on this site is being provided for use by E&I members only and shall not be distributed and/or shared outside a member’s institution. Sharing of contract documentation outside the membership of the Cooperative is detrimental to its members and the Cooperative, as it impacts E&I’s ability to negotiate and maintain competitive agreements.

Submit the Herff Jones Alignment Authorization form. You will be contacted by Herff Jones in the following business days to set up your new account or to confirm an existing account has been aligned with the E&I contract.

Return merchandise must be returned within two weeks following the ceremony. If home ship, the student will use the same box it was initially shipped in and use the enclosed FedEx return shipment label provided.
