Sharing of contract documentation outside the membership of the Cooperative is detrimental to its members and the Cooperative, as it impacts E&I’s ability to negotiate and maintain competitive agreements.

All returns require prior authorization. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice and a reason for the return. Merchandise must be in its original container, unmarked, and properly packaged. Returned products must have been purchased within 30 days. Any return past 30 days of purchase may be subjected to a restocking fee. Shortages and errors in shipments must be reported within seven (7) days of invoice date to issue credit (if applicable). Shipping charges will apply on all returns. A UPS return label will be supplied by Henry Schein and this label should be affixed to the cartons to be returned.

Visible damages should be immediately reported to Customer Service. If damage is concealed and discovered later, it too should be reported to Customer Service. If possible, please have customer number available which can be located on the invoice, packing slip, or statement.
Manufacturer's warranty apply. Warranty terms differ by manufacturer. Henry Schein Customer Service will assist with all warranty issues.
Install services are provided by Henry Schein for items purchased through Henry Schein. The vendor will unbox, assemble on site, place in position, and complete the assembly to make the equipment functional. Henry Schein does not provide contractor services or materials. Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, permits, or licensing needs for a successful installation are the responsibility of the customer. Henry Schein will provide onsite personnel, templates, and information to guide the contractors for a correct preparation of the space.
FOB destination, full freight allowed (supplier pays freight). Equipment orders are subject to shipping, handling, and other installation fees.
