For over 35 years, Heartland Payment Systems has provided both district-installed software and cloud solutions for free and reduced application management, point of sale, menu analysis, digital communication, ordering and inventory, online meal and store payment solutions, hardware, installation, training, and support services to school food and nutrition departments in K-12.

Serving K-12 is their only focus, and their team members are well-versed in K-12 operations, business, and technology. MySchoolBucks, the Heartland Payment product, makes it easy to manage all fees and purchases in one school commerce platform that meets PCI Level 1 security standards. From the portal, parents can make payments to student accounts for meals, view transaction and meal history, make payments and view transactions for all types of fees for classes, courses, activities, and more.
E&I contract documentation available on this site is being provided for use by E&I members only and shall not be distributed and/or shared outside a member’s institution. Sharing of contract documentation outside the membership of the Cooperative is detrimental to its members and the Cooperative, as it impacts E&I’s ability to negotiate and maintain competitive agreements.
Complete and submit the Heartland Payment Systems Statement of Intent form. A Heartland Payment systems representative will contact members within 4-7 business days to discuss specific needs, scope and services required. Contact your E&I Representative for help at any time.
Supplier Direct
Once the SOI form is submitted, Heartland Payment Systems will typically schedule a demo and provide a quote. Member and Supplier will sign a Master Software Services Agreement when ready to move forward and initiate services. E&I will also follow up to ensure successful enrollment.
